We are urgently hiring for our overnight shift at our Phoenix location (all female site). The hours are Saturday & Sunday from 11pm-7am. *******Please note: This is not a sleeping shift. Our clients require 24-7 supervision, therefore, sleeping while on shift will not be tolerated.

Alliance Behavioral Care is currently looking for Direct Care Professionals. Alliance Behavioral Care is a growing network of Residential Treatment locations that serves adults with chronic mental illnesses (SMI), substance use disorders, and/or personal care needs using a relational and strengths-based approach aimed at assisting clients to achieve their full potential and the highest level of independence. WE HAVE LOCATIONS IN GILBERT, MESA, TEMPE, PHOENIX, AND GOODYEAR.

We are looking for applicants who are at least 21 years of age as well as bright, compassionate, patient, and caring individuals who pay attention to details. Successful applicants will have a positive attitude toward working with individuals with serious mental illnesses.

Job Duties

Prompting and assisting residents with their activities of daily living
• Deep cleaning of the facility
• Completing nightly checklist.
• Filling out daily Progress Notes for each resident
• Assisting with the administration of medications and documenting it accurately

Requirements:
• Valid Drivers License
• Fingerprint Clearance Card
• 21 years or older
• HS Diploma or GED
• Pre-Employment Physical
• Negative TB with Risk Assessment

• Medication administration: 2 years (Preferred)
• Behavioral health: 2 years (Preferred)
