Job description
Room Attendant team members required £10.85 - £12.75/£13.25 per hour paid every two weeks

Mercure Bristol North - The Grange Hotel - Old Gloucester Road, Northwoods, Winterbourne BS36 1RP

Expectations
• Liaise with Head Housekeeper to ensure all rooms are cleaned and checked in conjunction with guest’s check-in/departures
• Maintain clean rooms by vacuuming, polishing, providing linen services, dusting, cleaning to a high standard and performing other duties as advised by the Senior Housekeeping team
• Deliver consistently high standards of cleanliness, look after guests needs and maintain a polite and courteous attitude
• Replenish linen and guest supplies
• Provide an excellent guest experience
• Reporting any defects such as faults and any areas of concern
• Work on a rota basis which will include weekends, hours subject to hotel occupancy levels.

Experience
• Passion for cleanliness with a keen eye for detail and high standards
• A desire to consistently deliver an excellent level of service and improve departmental performance
• You’ll have a real focus on quality standards of your own work and that of the team
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Flexibility, reliability, and work under pressure
• Experience of working in a hotel or in a similar position would be advantageous.
