Our client, a leader in innovative mobility solutions, is seeking a Service Associate to join their team. As a Service Associate, you will be part of the BaseOps team supporting fleet operations and vehicle maintenance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and efficiency, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Service Associate
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Pay Range: $27.50/hr
Shift: Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6:30am
What's the Job?
• Support daily fleet operations by maintaining vehicles through cleaning, fueling, and organizing test site areas.
• Assist with logistical tasks such as moving and storing vehicles and equipment.
• Perform routine vehicle prep, including software updates, hardware checks, and data collection.
• Support spare parts inventory management and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands-on technical support for vehicle maintenance and testing activities.
What's Needed?
• 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience in automotive or fleet support roles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate carts, dollies, and hand trucks.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, and reach during shifts.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a sense of urgency to resolve issues efficiently.
