Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Assistant cum Labor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks including material packing, counting, loading, and unloading. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Material Handling: Assist in loading and unloading materials from delivery vehicles and containers, ensuring safe handling practices.
Packing: Pack materials and products according to company standards, ensuring that items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Counting and Inventory: Perform accurate material counting and inventory checks to ensure stock levels are maintained and discrepancies are reported promptly.
Organization: Arrange materials in the warehouse systematically for easy retrieval and maintain cleanliness and organization within the storage area.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while operating warehouse equipment and handling materials, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Team Support: Work collaboratively with the warehouse team and provide assistance as needed in other warehouse operations.
Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks such as bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
Skills: Basic math skills for counting materials and understanding inventory records.
Attention to Detail: Ability to work accurately and efficiently to ensure that materials are properly packed, counted, and handled.
Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
