Export Executive

Full job description
Responsibilities

Prepare export documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin)
Verify accuracy of all shipping and customs documents
Process and manage export orders
Coordinate with production and warehouse teams
Communicate with international clients (email/calls)
Provide shipment updates and handle client queries
Arrange logistics (air/sea/land transportation)
Work with freight forwarders and clearing agents
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
Ensure compliance with export laws and regulations
Handle customs clearance procedures
Follow up on payments (LC, bank transfer, etc.)
Coordinate with finance for payment tracking
Skills Required

Knowledge of export/import procedures
Good communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Basic negotiation skills
Familiarity with logistics and supply chain
Ability to handle documentation work
Knowledge of MS Office and ERP software
Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Business / Commerce / International Business
Additional certification in export-import (optional)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
