Partner with business leaders to drive workforce planning, engagement, and performance management.Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements across all employee categories.Lead HR projects including technology upgrades, M&A integration, GPTW certification, and policy development.Strengthen employee experience through handbooks, townhalls, and leadership communication forums.Deliver strategic HR reporting and analytics to support decision-making.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Confidential HR should have:
Educational qualifications in Human Resources or a related field with more than 15 years of organisational experienceKnowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance requirements for a large diversified work force of > 2000 employeesExperience in HR business partnership, performance management, Compliance management, project managementStrong organisational and communication skills.An ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
