Travel Pay Rate:
$2300 weekly ($17/hr w2 + $1688/week stipend)

Local Pay Rate:
$53/hr w2

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CVOR Tech for a high-acuity, fast-paced surgical environment in Seattle, WA. This role supports cardiovascular surgical procedures and requires strong technical skills, the ability to work independently, and flexibility for call and weekend coverage.

Duties
• Assist surgeons during cardiovascular procedures in the operating room
• Prepare and maintain sterile field, instruments, and equipment
• Anticipate surgeon needs and ensure efficient workflow during cases
• Handle surgical instruments specific to cardiac and vascular procedures
• Maintain strict sterile technique and infection control standards
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency cases
• Float within surgical specialties as needed
• Collaborate with surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of CVOR Tech experience
• BLS certification (required)
• Strong experience in cardiovascular surgical cases
• WA State License (required)
• Ability to work independently, especially during late hours
• Willingness to take call (weekday and weekend rotation)
• Prior travel experience preferred
• Experience with high-acuity, fast-paced OR environments
