Job Title: Lead Mover (Driver)

Full-time / Part-time

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour (including tips – average of $5 to $7/hour)

Duties:

· Safely and efficiently transport goods and furniture from one location to another

· Load and unload items onto the truck or van using proper lifting techniques

· Secure items to prevent damage during transportation

· Drive company vehicles, such as box trucks or vans, to transport goods between locations

· Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery

· Packing and unpacking items

· Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or questions

Requirements:

· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

· Available to work weekends!

· Experience driving commercial vehicles, such as box trucks or vans

· Must be able to carry at least 75lbs unassisted

· Attention to detail to ensure items are properly secured during transportation

· Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with co-workers and customers

· Previous experience in warehouse operations or moving industry is preferred

· Valid DOT is a plus!

· Must be able to pass background check

· Must be eligible to work in the United States

· Must enjoy hard work, world class customer service, and helping others

This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and long periods of standing. The successful candidate must be able to work well under pressure and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
