Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance Operations
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of hotel facilities and equipment
Handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry-related tasks
Ensure all rooms and public areas are in good working condition
2. Guest Service Support
Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and complaints
Ensure minimal disruption to guests while carrying out repairs
Coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping for room readiness
3. Equipment & Systems
Monitor and maintain HVAC systems, generators, lighting, and water systems
Perform routine inspections of plant rooms and critical equipment
Maintain logs and records of maintenance activities
4. Safety & Compliance
Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with hotel policies
Adhere to fire, health, and safety regulations
Report any hazards or risks immediately
5. Energy & Cost Control
Support energy conservation initiatives
Ensure efficient use of materials and tools
Minimize wastage and control maintenance costs
Key Skills & Competencies:
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in shifts
Good communication and coordination skills
Qualifications:
ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Refrigeration or related field
2–4 years of experience in hotel maintenance or similar role
