Electrical Technician

Full job description
An Electrical Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment. They work in various settings such as manufacturing plants, construction sites, or maintenance departments, ensuring that electrical systems operate safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems. Diagnose electrical problems using testing devices such as multimeters and oscilloscopes. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations. Troubleshoot and repair control systems, motors, and machinery. Assist engineers in designing and modifying electrical systems. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work. Respond to emergency breakdowns and perform quick repairs.
