Infor M3 Technical Specialist / Consultant

Datasabai India is expanding its technical team in Bangalore and is looking for motivated ERP professionals who want to grow their expertise in Infor M3 and enterprise integrations.
Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Infor M3 Specialist to join Datasabai India and contribute to the development, integration, and support of Infor M3 solutions for international clients.
This role is suited for hands‑on technical profiles with solid exposure to Infor M3, and practical experience in interfaces, integrations, APIs, EDI, or middleware‑based connectivity. You will work closely with functional consultants and integration teams to deliver reliable and well‑integrated ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Infor M3 Technical Development
Provide technical development and support for Infor M3 environments
Develop, maintain, and enhance custom programs, extensions, and technical components
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in test and production environments
Support system improvements, stabilisation, and upgrade activities
Integration, Interface & Connectivity
Design, build, and maintain interfaces between Infor M3 and external systems
Work with Infor M3 APIs, integration frameworks, or middleware tools
Support EDI interfaces (orders, invoices, logistics messages, etc.)
Handle API‑based, file‑based (SFTP), and message‑based integrations
Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams on integration topics
Technical Configuration & Data
Manage M3 technical objects, tables, programs, jobs, and batch processes
Support data extraction, loading, mapping, and validation
Assist with master data and transactional data flows
Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries as required
Collaboration & Documentation
Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders
Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
Produce and maintain technical documentation (interfaces, mappings, procedures)
Participate in technical design reviews and discussions
Required Skills & Experience
Core Requirements
Hands‑on technical experience with Infor M3
Good understanding of ERP technical concepts and data flows
Practical exposure to interfaces and system integrations
Experience or familiarity with APIs, EDI, or middleware technologies
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Experience working in production support environments
Technical Skills (one or more)
Infor M3 technical framework and development tools
Infor M3 APIs, ION, MEC, or equivalent integration tools
SQL (Oracle / SQL Server / DB2 depending on environment)
File‑based integrations (flat files, SFTP)
REST / XML / JSON concepts
EDI standards (basic to intermediate level)
Nice to Have
Exposure to CloudSuite M3
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments
Basic functional understanding of Infor M3 modules
Experience working with international or distributed teams
Consulting or multi‑project experience
Soft Skills

Ability to work independently and take ownership

Ability to work across technical and functional teams
