Part-Time Tanning Consultant

Tanz Tanning is one of Scotland’s leading Tanning & Beauty salon chains, with 30 locations and more than 30 years of experience. We are currently recruiting a Part-Time Tanning Consultant to join our team at our Musselburgh salon.

Job Overview

As a Tanning Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while ensuring the salon operates smoothly and maintains high standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities
• Providing outstanding customer service
• Advising customers on products and treatments
• Processing sales and working towards targets
• Maintaining salon cleanliness and presentation
• Completing daily paperwork and following salon procedures

Working Hours are on a 3 week rotation, with one weekend off to include:
• 1 to 2 mid week shifts: 4pm to 10pm
• Saturday or Sunday: 9am to 3pm or 3pm to 9pm (alternates)

Total hours: 12 per week

Pay & Benefits
• £10.85 per hour (under 21)
• £12.71 per hour (21 and over)
• Fortnightly pay
• Uncapped commission (paid three times per year)
