Job description
Job Summary
VidaWell Care is a growing Medicare and Medicaid-certified home health agency serving patients across Miami-Dade County. We are looking for a compassionate, experienced Registered Nurse to join our clinical team performing skilled nursing visits in patients' homes.
This is an ideal opportunity for an RN who values autonomy, flexible scheduling, and meaningful one-on-one patient care — without the grind of hospital floor shifts.
What You'll Do
• Perform skilled nursing visits per physician orders and the established plan of care
• Conduct wound care, IV therapy, medication management, injections, and patient education
• Monitor patient progress and document visit notes accurately and timely in our EMR (WellSky/Kinnser)
• Communicate clinical updates to the supervising DON and referring physician as needed
• Adhere to Medicare/Medicaid conditions of participation and agency policies
Schedule & Caseload
• Flexible scheduling — you control your availability
• Caseload grows with you; ideal for PRN or part-time to start with full-time potential
• Visits throughout all of Miami-Dade County
