Role Description

BoostU Academy is seeking part-time math tutors to join our team and provide exceptional academic support to students. In this online role, tutors will develop lesson plans, assist students in understanding challenging concepts, and mentor them to improve academic performance. Tutors will provide personalized guidance in various subjects, monitor progress, and adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in an education-related field preferred
• Proficiency in subject-specific knowledge in Math
• 5-year experience with tutoring, teaching math in an educational setting
• Flexibility to work part-time hours with a passion for student development
• Experience with educational technology is a plus
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills
• Ability to design and adapt lesson plans to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Organizational skills and attention to detail in tracking student progress
