Location: Houston, TX Pay: $17.00 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Hours: 42.5 hours per week (Includes 2.5 hours overtime)

Job Summary

We are hiring a Site Security Supervisor for a high-rise, multi-building commercial property. This is a working supervisor role, meaning you will perform assigned security duties while also leading, training, and supporting a team of officers.

This position is best suited for candidates with prior experience leading a security team in a high-rise or commercial building environment.

Responsibilities
• Supervise daily security operations across a multi-building high-rise property
• Lead, train, and mentor security officers to ensure strong performance
• Conduct officer evaluations, post inspections, and training sessions
• Maintain professional client and tenant relations
• Monitor and manage access control systems
• Perform CCTV/camera monitoring and respond to incidents
• Oversee visitor check-in and lobby operations
• Complete reports, logs, and incident documentation accurately
• Utilize weekly overtime (2.5 hours) for:
• * Officer training and development
• Post audits and quality control
• Performance follow-ups

Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience leading a security team
• Experience working in high-rise or commercial office buildings
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience with access control systems and CCTV monitoring
• Professional appearance and leadership mindset
