Responsibilities
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including MDs, OTs, STs, Nurses, and Nutrition Services.
• Conduct thorough nutrition assessments and document resident data.
• Contribute to Quality Assurance audits.
• Be an essential member of the IDT team.

Qualifications
• Registered Dietitian credential or Licensed Dietitian.
• Eligible to sit for RD Exam (RD2B).
• Eligible for temporary LDN.
