Data Entry / Customer Service

Location: Forrestfield, WA
Pay Rate: $28.35 per hour
Roster: Monday to Friday

Sands Fridge Lines, a leading provider of chilled and frozen food storage and distribution in Western Australia, is seeking an experienced Data Entry / Customer Service Administrator to join our growing Forrestfield operation.


This role is ideal for a safety-focused, detail-oriented administrator who is confident working in a logistics environment and enjoys being part of a collaborative warehouse team.


Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and data entry support for cross-dock freight departures (Monday to Friday)
Liaise with clients to provide freight updates and respond to enquiries
Create manifest consignments and update information as advised by dock personnel
Work closely with dock operations staff to ensure freight requirements are met accurately
Prepare and compile transport documentation and driver travel packs for departure
Enter consignment notes (con notes) and Proof of Delivery (POD) details into internal systems
Scan and upload documentation into the freight management system
Sort consignment notes by destination
Perform general administrative and ad hoc duties as directed by the Manager

About You

You are a reliable and proactive administrator with a positive, can-do attitude and strong interpersonal skills. You take pride in your work, manage high-volume tasks under time pressure, and are committed to providing excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.


To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

Availability to work a Monday–Friday roster
Strong reliability and attendance record
Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role
Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment and meet strict departure deadlines
Excellent time management, planning, and organisational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to learn and a team-focused mindset
A genuine customer-first approach
