The Role

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a Trade Engagement Coordinator to join our existing team working from our Perth CBD Head Office from Monday to Friday.

In this permanent full-time role, you will be responsible for:

Being the first point of contact for all trade personnel
Review, manage and plan work engagements with personnel using internal software packages
Regularly engaging with personnel to ensuring their work preferences and availabilities are current
Work closely with our internal planning team to ensure shared goals are achieved

What You will Need

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role, with the ability to demonstrate:

A sound understanding of the mining and resources sector
Be people focused, providing genuine empathy and care for employees
Ability to work to deadlines and manage conflicting priorities, whilst maintaining accurate data entry in a face paced environment
Be highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
