Job Title: Technical Project Manager Healthcare

Location: Atlanta, GA

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong Healthcare background to lead and manage technology projects within healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will have experience managing software development, data integration, and healthcare systems while coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical project delivery in healthcare environments.

Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.

Coordinate with developers, architects, business analysts, and stakeholders.

Ensure project alignment with healthcare regulations and compliance (HIPAA).

Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.

Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Oversee integration of healthcare systems such as EHR/EMR platforms.

Communicate project status and updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in IT Project Management.

Strong Healthcare industry experience.

Experience with EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar).

Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.

Experience managing technical teams and enterprise applications.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certification.

Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR).

Experience with data integration and healthcare analytics projects.
