Overview
We are seeking a junior-level contractor to support a security team with day-to-day eDiscovery and data processing work. This is a short-term opportunity ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in an enterprise, process-driven environment.
This role is less about technical expertise and more about being reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow structured workflows.
Responsibilities
• Follow established, step-by-step processes to collect, organize, and process data
• Assist with basic data review, validation, and entry tasks
• Utilize Microsoft tools (Excel, Office suite) to support case-related workflows
• Help maintain accuracy and efficiency across ongoing eDiscovery tasks
• Support the team in managing workload during a short-term capacity gap
Qualifications
Required
• Entry-level or associate candidates (0–2 years of experience)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
• Comfortable working with data in a structured environment
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Field operational inquiries from Financial Advisors & internal sales teams on Blackstone investment offerings.

• Project management across various groups within Blackstone Private Wealth to enhance collaboration and efficiencies.
• Identify and document operational procedures for ongoing fund maintenance on various platforms.
• Develop strong understanding of distribution partners' operational platforms and processes and become resident Blackstone expert for advisors.
• Assist Financial Advisors with problem resolution of account opening, maintenance items and other inquiries related to client onboarding, servicing and client retention (deadlines, platform questions, redemptions, capital calls, distributions).
• Assist in ad hoc projects / research to support Blackstone Private Wealth business initiatives.

• Knowledge of alternative investment funds and operational terms is helpful
