Job Summary:

The Valuation & Capital Market Analysis Managing Director is responsible for leading, executing and delivery of challenging valuation engagements by participating in all aspects of projects, from the initial proposal preparation, through project completion. In this role, the Managing Director is actively engaged in the management of business valuation assignments and managing staff in the development of such assignments. In addition, the Valuation & Capital Market Analysis Managing Director will be charged with assisting with business development activities and appraisal reviews.

Job Duties:
• Executes office business development plan in conjunction with the Valuation leader
• Builds relationships with key executives and stakeholders in support of the growth of the office business lines and industries
• Understands how to work with Alliance Firms and coordinates with international firms as appropriate on opportunities as they arise
• Contributes business development thought leadership, tools and resources to the broader national platform
• Ensures Client Project Delivery including but not limited to:
• Performing of related company, industry and economic research
• Analysis of client financial statements
• Construction of financial models
• Assessment of operational profitability and financial conditions
• Development and review of cash flow forecasts
• Performing of benchmark analysis
• Documentation and maintenance of all appropriate aspects of work product
• Composition of narrative reports in support of valuation analyses
• Preparation of necessary exhibits and memos in illustration of complex issues
• Ensuring of quality controls are adherence in association with all work products
• Participation in internal and external client meetings
• Other duties as required

Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Supervises the day-to-day workload of Valuation & Capital Market Analysis ("VCMA") Staff on assigned engagements and reviews work product
• Ensures VCMA Staff are trained on all relevant valuation databases and models
• Evaluates the performance of VCMA Staff and assists in the development of goals and objectives to enhance professional development
• Delivers periodic performance feedback and completes performance evaluations for VCMA Staff
• Acts as Career Advisor to VCMA Staff, as appropriate

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, required
• Master's in Business Administration, preferred

Experience:
• Fifteen (15) plus years of real estate business valuation experience at one of the Big 4 accounting firms or a national role at a small to mid-size firm, required
• Significant experience in real estate valuation and consulting, required
• Prior experience in financial reporting valuation and appraisal review, required

License/Certifications:
• State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license, preferred
• MAI, ASA, CPA, CFA, AM, or other valuation industry credentials, preferred

Software:
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word, required
• Prior experience with Argus Enterprise and CoStar, preferred

Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Superior oral and written communication skills
• Superior analytical and research skills
• Solid organizational skills especially ability to meet project deadlines with a focus on details
• Ability to successfully multi-task while working independently or within a group environment
• Proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Capable of effective managing a team of valuation professionals and delegating work assignments as needed
• Capacity to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and client personnel
• Ability to encourage team environment on engagements and contribute to the professional development of assigned personnel
• Executive presence and ability to act as primary contact on assigned engagements
• Ability to successfully interact with professionals at all levels
• Ability for intermittent travel within the US and internationally required

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.

National Range: $240,000 - $250,000 Maryland Range: $240,000 - $250,000
NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $240,000 - $250,000

We’re a boutique chiropractic office perfect for someone who is experienced with polished, high-touch, fast-paced environments, has ideally worked in an office or corporate setting, knows how to direct flow and conversation, and wants to work at a small business and help shape experiences.

What You’ll Own
Patient Experience You are the first and last impression. From scheduling and relationship management to patient communication, curating the in-office experience, and developing and executing pipeline and retention strategy. Office Management Front desk and admin tasks, inventory management, financial tracking, office analytics and KPIs, and maintaining a consistently high standard of presentation. Marketing Support Outreach calls, patient promotions, office signage, event coordination, and communication with partners and vendors.

What We Are Looking For
Management experience is required. Systems can and will be taught. Running a room/office is better to have lived. Comfort with financial conversations. Phone presence and verbal communication skills. Warm, clear, and confident on the phone without a script in hand.

Strong preference for
Experience in high-end hospitality, boutique wellness, fitness, medical, or concierge service environments. CRM and scheduling software proficiency. Canva familiarity, and comfort with social media.

Compensation
$33–$36 per hour based on experience (31–35 hours weekly) Monthly performance-based bonuses Paid U.S. holidays Complimentary in-office chiropractic care for you and your immediate family while employed

Schedule

This is a part-time role, approximately 31-35 hours per week .

Office Hours:
Monday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM; 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM; 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM Thursday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM; 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM Friday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
