• Develop standardized execution tools, playbooks, and communications to support consistent delivery
• Monitor execution performance and drive accountability through data and structured follow-up
Improve System Performance
• Analyze key operational and financial metrics (e.g., sales, speed of service, guest satisfaction, restaurant profitability) to identify performance gaps
• Lead initiatives to improve throughput, simplify operations, and enhance the guest experience
• Use data and field insights to inform prioritization and continuous improvement
Partner with Franchisees, Field Teams, & Cross Functional Teams
• Act as a key partner to franchisees, influencing adoption and execution of system initiatives
• Support field teams with clear priorities, tools, and guidance to drive performance
• Incorporate franchisee and field feedback into planning and execution processes
• Serve as the central point of coordination across functions to ensure operational readiness and alignment

• Ensure vendor deliverables align with operational needs, timelines, and quality standards
• Partner with Procurement and cross-functional teams to evaluate vendor performance, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement
• Hold vendors accountable to SLAs, timelines, and execution outcomes
