Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a customer-focused and tech-savvy Virtual Banking Support Associate to join our dynamic remote team supporting a leading Canadian bank. As a key point of contact, you will assist customers with a variety of banking inquiries, providing world-class service from the comfort of your home. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for customer service, problem-solving, and the evolving world of digital banking.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for banking clients via phone, chat, or email

Provide support for account inquiries, transaction issues, online banking assistance, and general financial service questions

Troubleshoot technical or transactional problems and escalate as necessary

Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, accurate, and courteous service

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM tools

Provide feedback on recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to service procedures
• Required Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is a strong asset)

Excellent communication skills in English (French is an added advantage)

Proficiency in using digital platforms, browsers, and common office software

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting

This is a remote position that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for connecting people with job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing gig workers through job boards, social media, and other channels.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers using NextCrew.
