What You'll Be Doing
• Safely operate a ready-mix truck delivering high-quality concrete products to customers.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and reliability.
• Provide accurate delivery tickets and maintain clear communication with dispatch for seamless operations.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed to ensure efficient deliveries.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies to promote a safe working environment.

What Are We Looking For
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment and vehicles effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical capability to handle the demands of the job.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.

Conditions of Employment
• Must hold a valid CDL-B or CDL-A.
• Successful candidates must complete a post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screening, and background check.
• Some positions will require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment
• This role operates primarily in environments involving moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels.
