Duties
• Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately according to established recipes and standards
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently
• Take customer orders with enthusiasm, upsell menu items, and provide excellent service to enhance guest satisfaction
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and food handling procedures with precision and integrity
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety regulations
• Assist in food storage, inventory management, and restocking supplies to ensure smooth daily operations
• Support team members during busy periods by multitasking across cashiering, food prep, and customer service roles

Requirements
• Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus; training will be provided if needed
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
• Basic math skills for cash handling, register operations, and retail math calculations
• Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced environment with energy and focus
• A proactive team player who thrives on collaboration and delivering memorable guest experiences
