Responsibilities
• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience
• Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges
• Assist with merchandising and product displays to attract customer attention and boost sales
• Stock shelves, organize inventory, and ensure products are properly labeled and available
• Conduct product demos when necessary to educate customers about features and benefits
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
• Maintain phone etiquette when answering inquiries or directing calls to appropriate team members
• Support upselling efforts by recommending additional products or services to customers
• Assist with grocery store duties such as stocking perishable items and ensuring cleanliness standards are met

Experience
• Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided
• Supervising experience is a plus, especially in managing team tasks or training new staff
• Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively
• Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising techniques, and grocery store operations is beneficial
• Strong communication skills and friendly phone etiquette are essential for engaging with customers and team members
• Basic math skills for handling cash registers, calculating totals, and managing inventory counts
• Experience in customer service roles that involve upselling or product demonstrations will stand out
