In this role, you will be essential in executing company merchandise objectives through effective in-store visual merchandising and product placement. Collaborate with Territory Directors and Zone Managers to support and train District Sales Managers and Store Management teams, enhancing guest experience and driving sales.

Responsibilities
• Partnership & Execution:
• Ensure efficient store setup for 'Early Stores' and regular locations by coordinating with field teams on deliveries and assembly.
• Work closely with Territory Director, Zone Managers, District Managers, and Store Teams to tackle specific merchandising challenges, tailored to store size, type, volume, and inventory.
• Share Brand-related updates through weekly calls and maintain Visual and Brand standards in the field.
• Travel weekly to assess and enhance visual merchandising efforts in stores, sharing feedback and creative ideas with the Visual team.
• Identify and offer solutions for store-specific merchandising challenges based on unique store layouts.
• Participate in the end-of-season store teardown, ensuring compliance with Company procedures.
• Leadership and Development:
• Present visual merchandising training at Field Kick-Off Meetings, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Highlight the importance of visual merchandising in driving sales and merchandise flow.
• Maintain a strong yet approachable leadership presence, fostering open communication and feedback from associates.
• Coach team members remotely via email and phone, providing insights and follow-ups on previous visits.
• Support the Corporate Visual team in executing merchandising strategies and brand essentials, representing field feedback to enhance development.

Qualifications
• 1 year of experience as a Spirit District Sales Manager.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 4-year college degree preferred.
• Self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of visual presentation standards with attention to detail.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Publisher, Excel).
• Ability to motivate and influence team members.
• Strong training and facilitation capabilities.
• Travel (hotel, airplane, and car) is necessary.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Pay Range
$1,050.00 - $1,100.00
