Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry & CRM Executive who can help us build and manage high-quality business data, support email marketing campaigns, and maintain our CRM system efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Data Research & Entry
Find and collect relevant business leads (exhibitors, clients, prospects)
Enter accurate data into Excel/CRM systems
Maintain updated and clean databases
Email Marketing
Assist in sending bulk email campaigns
Maintain email lists and segment data properly
Track basic campaign performance (opens, responses)
CRM Management
Update and organize leads in CRM
Track follow-ups and lead status
Ensure proper documentation of client interactions
Data Quality Control
Remove duplicate or incorrect entries
Verify accuracy of contact details (email, phone, company)
Required Skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Good understanding of internet research
Familiarity with CRM tools (or willingness to learn)
Basic knowledge of email marketing tools
Good typing speed and accuracy
Strong attention to detail
Preferred (Optional)

Experience in data entry or lead generation
Knowledge of tools like Mailchimp, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, etc.
