About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Care Manager to provide clinical and cultural leadership to our care team at Box Hill Views Care Community.

Remuneration: Salary + 12% superannuation

What You’ll Do

Deliver high‑quality, person‑centred clinical care
Lead, coach and empower RNs, ENs & PCAs
Maintain clinical governance and accreditation standards
Build trusted relationships with residents, families & clinicians
Partner with the GM to drive clinical and operational excellence

What You’ll Bring

Current AHPRA RN registration (3+ years)
Strong clinical leadership experience in aged care/healthcare
Knowledge of aged care standards, AN‑ACC & governance
Passion for mentoring and building strong teams
Confident communicator with resilience & a proactive mindset
Willing to complete: medical, police check & NDIS Screening
