Key Responsibilities
• Accurately input and update data into various computer systems and databases.
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness, correcting any discrepancies or errors.
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry.

• Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation.
• Generate reports and retrieve data as requested.

Required Skills
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role (minimum 12 months).
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 45 WPM with high accuracy).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., POPIA, GDPR).
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.

Preferred Qualifications
• A relevant certificate or diploma in Office Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with enterprise-level data management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
