Full job description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join Wells Medical Clinic on a casual basis. As a key member of the clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients and supporting our doctors in delivering exceptional medical services. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Practice Manager.

Responsibilities:

Delivering high-quality clinical nursing services to patients
Assisting doctors with consultations, treatments and procedures
Providing health education and advice to patients on various health issues
Administering medications and vaccinations as required
Ensuring accurate documentation of patient records
Participating in quality improvement activities within the practice
Skills:

Strong clinical skills with experience in general practice or community nursing preferred
Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience working with electronic medical record systems
Qualifications:

The successful candidate should have:

Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
Minimum 1 years’ experience working as an RN in a General Practice
Valid police check clearance.
Working rights within Australia.
