AppleOne is partnering with a well-established and growing MEP engineering firm in Miami to identify a Senior MEP Engineer/Director of Engineering (MEP) to lead internal production, drive technical excellence, and oversee multi-discipline project delivery.

This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role working closely with ownership to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Oversee daily production across Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) disciplines
• Act as the primary point of contact for active projects, including attending coordination & OAC meetings
• Lead and support discipline team leads (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
• Serve as the escalation point for technical and coordination challenges
• Balance team workload and staffing across multiple projects
• Enforce and elevate QA/QC standards and drawing quality
• Lead weekly production meetings and ensure alignment on deadlines
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of MEP design experience

• Florida PE license (preferred, or in process of being obtained)

• Strong background in at least one discipline (multi-discipline preferred)

• Prior experience leading teams or managing projects

• Proficient in Revit (multi-discipline coordination understanding required)

• Strong communication and decision-making skills

• Experience with high-rise buildings a must
