POSITION SUMMARY

Princess Pita is seeking friendly, reliable, and fast-paced Cashiers/Front Counter Servers to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, taking accurate orders, running food to tables, and ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment.

We are a high-volume Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant. Team members must move with urgency, maintain professionalism, and provide a great guest experience every shift.

PAY

$15.50–$16.50 per hour + tip share

Average total earnings typically range $20–25 per hour depending on tips and hours worked.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIESCUSTOMER SERVICE & ORDER TAKING
• Greet every guest with a smile and positive attitude
• Take accurate orders at the register
• Refer guests to the customer-facing display to confirm order accuracy
• Answer menu questions and offer helpful suggestions
• Upsell combos, drinks, and add-ons when appropriate
• Process payments accurately (cash, card, online orders)

FOOD RUNNING & GUEST EXPERIENCE
• Deliver food to guest tables quickly and correctly
• Check in with guests after food is delivered
• Maintain a clean and welcoming dining room
• Restock napkins, sauces, and beverages
• Ensure guests leave satisfied

TAKEOUT & DELIVERY ACCURACY
• Carefully check all to-go and delivery orders
• Ensure sauces, utensils, sides, and extras are included
• Confirm driver name and last initial for third-party pickups
• Watch drivers confirm pickup before leaving
• Keep takeout area organized and accurate

CLEANLINESS & ORGANIZATION
• Maintain a clean front counter and dining area
• Clean tables immediately after guests leave
• Follow daily and nightly cleaning tasks
• Keep beverage stations and lobby stocked
• Assist team with maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness

TEAMWORK & PROFESSIONALISM
• Arrive on time and in full uniform
• Work respectfully with team members and managers
• Maintain a positive attitude during busy periods
• Follow all company policies and SOPs
• Assist other stations when needed

REQUIREMENTS
• Customer service or restaurant experience preferred
• Friendly and professional communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Food Handler Certification (or obtained within 7 days of hire)

SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY
• Day, evening, and weekend availability required
• Flexible scheduling available
• Full-time and part-time positions open
