Batching Lead
At Farrah’s, we’re passionate about crafting quality food that people love, and we’re evolving how we do it. As we transition to a new ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central), we’re looking for a Batching Lead who can not only lead from the floor, but also confidently operate in a more system-driven production environment.

This is a hands-on role at the heart of our production process. Perfect for someone who thrives on accuracy, enjoys improving systems, and wants to be part of modernising how we work.

What you’ll be doing

Leading the day-to-day operations of the batching team
Accurately measuring and mixing ingredients to meet production requirements
Ensuring batching schedules are delivered on time and to specification
Using ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central) to manage batching, production data, and inventory
Supporting the transition to new systems and helping embed best-practice processes
Minimising waste
Upholding food safety, quality, and compliance standards
Training, coaching, and supporting team members
Identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and accuracy
What we’re looking for

You’re a hands-on operational leader with confidence using systems and technology.

You’ll ideally bring:
Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment
Proven team coordination experience
Strong ERP/system experience (ideally Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or similar)
Confidence working with data, production systems, and digital processes
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Strong organisational and time management skills
A high level of accountability and ownership
