In this role, you’ll take ownership of operations, team development, patient experience, and revenue cycle performance—partnering closely with the doctor and support teams to drive results and deliver a 5-star patient journey.

We’re looking for someone with:
• 2+ years of dental office management (or similar leadership) experience
• A growth mindset and entrepreneurial approach
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• Experience with revenue cycle management and dental billing preferred
