The role
We’re looking for a driven and commercially savvy Business Development Representative to join our Lowre North Island sales team. In this role, you’ll focus on generating new business through proactive outbound sales, building strong pipelines, and onboarding new customers to set them up for long-term success.
You’ll play a key role in connecting prospects with our internal teams, ensuring a seamless transition from initial engagement through to active trading.

What you’ll be doing
Driving new business growth through outbound prospecting and high-volume call activity
Building, managing, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets
Identifying, qualifying, and converting high-value opportunities
Delivering compelling sales conversations and handling objections confidently
Managing pricing discussions with a focus on protecting margin and long-term value
Owning the customer journey from sale through to onboarding and early trading
Maintaining accurate CRM records, forecasts, and reporting
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
