Casual Retail Merchandiser (18+) – Darwin NT

Up to $35 per hour | up to 10 hours per week | Weekday work

FACTS Retail Services provides national retail merchandising services to leading brands across multiple categories. Based in Melbourne, we operate with full national coverage and a strong focus on quality field execution and professional client representation.

We are currently seeking an experienced Casual Retail Merchandiser to support our major clients across Darwin and surrounding areas.

This role is suited to someone with prior retail or merchandising experience who is reliable, well-presented, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.

Mandatory eligibility (applications must meet all requirements)

You must be 18 years of age or older
You must have prior retail and/or merchandising experience
You must have the legal right to work in Australia
Applications that do not meet these requirements will not be considered

Key responsibilities

Replenishing and merchandising products to planograms
Maintaining existing displays to brand standards
Setting up promotional and seasonal displays
Product ordering and basic reporting
Building and maintaining professional relationships with store staff
Regular communication with Operations and Account Managers
About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Demonstrated retail and/or merchandising experience
Smartphone and confidence using basic mobile applications
Access to a computer and printer
Reliable vehicle and a valid Australian driver’s licence
Availability to work Monday to Friday
Professional presentation and strong communication skills
Ability to lift to 15kg and stand for extended periods
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and follow instructions accurately
Training on our systems, including the SPAR app, will be provided.
