Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and analytical UI/UX Designer to join our design team. Your primary objective will be to turn complex technical requirements into user-friendly, visually engaging digital interfaces. You will be involved in the entire design process, from initial research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and final hand-off to the engineering team. This role is perfect for a designer who is passionate about human-centered design and wants to see their work come to life in sophisticated, high-performance applications.

Responsibilities
• Conduct user research and competitive analysis to inform design decisions and product strategy.
• Develop detailed wireframes, user flows, and site maps to communicate interaction ideas effectively.
• Create high-fidelity visual designs and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms.
• Maintain and evolve our design systems to ensure visual consistency across all client projects.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and according to technical specifications.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
• Present design concepts and deliverables to internal stakeholders and clients, clearly explaining the rationale behind design choices.
• Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in the technology industry.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably within a tech agency or software development environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to solve complex problems through clean, modern, and functional design.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Deep understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first methodologies.
• Ability to think critically about the user journey and advocate for the end-user at every stage of development.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• Experience with basic HTML/CSS is a plus, as it helps in understanding the technical constraints of your designs.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple design tasks for different projects simultaneously.

Pay: $5,100.00 - $5,500.00 per month
