About the Role

We are looking for an experienced residential construction field coordinator / working foreman to help manage an active ground up residential construction project in Miami.

This is a field role. We need someone who can be on site, read plans, coordinate trades, prepare for inspections, identify problems early, and help keep the job moving.

This is not an office project manager role. We need someone with real field experience.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate subcontractors on site
• Review plans and confirm field work generally matches plans
• Help prepare the job for inspections
• Meet inspectors and walk inspections as needed
• Track daily progress and upcoming work
• Identify issues before they become delays
• Coordinate deliveries and material readiness
• Maintain site organization and access
• Communicate clearly with owner and project team
• Provide updates with photos and next steps
• Help keep the project schedule moving

Experience Requiredu
• Residential construction experience required
• Ground up construction experience preferred
• Ability to read construction plans
• Experience with foundations, shell, framing, rough MEP, roofing, and finishesu preferred
• Comfortable dealing with subcontractors and inspectors
• Reliable, organized, and proactive

Schedule
Part time to start, approximately 2 to 3 days per week, plus inspection days. Potential for more hours as the project progresses.
Compensation

$25 to $30 per hour depending on experience and availability.
