Job Summary

Your expertise in medical administrative support, insurance verification, and office management will help create a seamless experience for our patients from appointment scheduling to billing. Duties
• Greet patients warmly and manage patient intake efficiently, including verifying insurance coverage and updating medical records
• Schedule appointments using dental office management software. (Curve)
• Verify insurance benefits, process claims, and perform accurate billing
• Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, maintaining excellent phone etiquette and providing outstanding patient service
• Maintain organized dental and medical records in EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems while ensuring HIPAA compliance
• Assist with office management tasks such as filing, faxing, data entry (including 10 key typing), and managing medical office supplies

Requirements
• Great attitude, and experience in a dental clinic or medical office environment with strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology
• Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation review and filing processes
• Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette for handling patient inquiries and appointment scheduling
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse patient populations effectively
• Prior clinic experience or dental office experience is preferred; familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations is essential
