Kitchen Remodeling
• Measure projects in-home.
• Review plans/options with customers and estimate labor costs based on renovation project.
• Pre-close customer on project estimate; cost and timeline
• Meet with store designers virtually to go over project plan and labor estimates.
• Responsible for interpreting specifications, job plans, purchase orders and company policies and procedures to employees.
• Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment with many structured touch points.
• Must display a sense of urgency to address & satisfy customer issues JOB REQUIREMENTS
• 2+ years of prior existing home improvement estimating and sales.
• Previous residential or in-home sales experience a strong plus.
• Must have experience in Kitchen or Architectural design, construction, technical drafting, floor plans or building permits.
• Must have general construction knowledge in Flooring, Electrical, Plumbing, Tile, Countertops, Cabinets, Carpentry and Drywall.
• Computer experience with MS office suite and estimating software.
• 20/20, or construction management software experience a strong plus.
• Detail oriented and excellent customer service experience.
• Reliable transportation and clear/valid Drivers’ license. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 plus commission opportunities Benefits:
