Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced an Opening Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, who is polished, organized, and customer-focused to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining operational efficiency, and achieving financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

Direct and supervise all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities

Recruit, train, and manage personnel to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company standards

Monitor food quality, service standards, and cleanliness to ensure a superior guest experience

Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and procurement processes to maintain cost control and supply continuity

Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service delivery

Prepare and analyze financial reports, manage budgets, and implement cost-saving initiatives

Coordinate marketing efforts and promotional activities to drive revenue growth

Maintain accurate records related to scheduling, payroll, and employee performance

Qualifications and Requirements

Degree or diploma in business administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred

Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in restaurant or hospitality management

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a dynamic environment

Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems

Valid certification in food safety and sanitation (e.g., SERV Safe or equivalent)

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required during events
