Job description
Overview A fast-growing beauty brand is seeking a strategic, analytical, and hands-on Amazon Marketplace Specialist to lead and grow a major online marketplace business across North America.

This is a 4 month contract (40 hours a week) with potential to extend that is hybrid onsite in Los Angeles.

This role is ideal for a marketplace expert who can balance big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution. You will own marketplace performance, optimize operations, collaborate cross-functionally, and help drive revenue growth through smart merchandising, content, inventory planning, and advertising strategy.

Location & Schedule
• Hybrid schedule: 2 days onsite
• Contract length: approximately 4–6 months
• Start date: ASAP

What You’ll Do
• Own day-to-day operations and strategic growth for a high-priority marketplace channel
• Develop forecasts and support sales planning and inventory management
• Partner cross-functionally with planning, supply chain, logistics, operations, finance, customer service, sales, and creative teams
• Help ensure product availability, strong fulfillment performance, and reduced out-of-stock risk
• Manage marketplace fulfillment processes, including FBA and FBM operations
• Monitor operational issues such as shortages, chargebacks, deductions, and compliance concerns, and drive resolution
• Create, update, and optimize product listings and digital content, including enhanced brand content and storefront assets
