Job Description

The Commissioning Manager will lead a large team of over 16 members in managing the commissioning phase for complex datacenter and semiconductor projects. Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager and Project Director, this role involves overseeing all commissioning activities while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. The position requires expertise in using Commissioning Management Software and demands a strong ability to coordinate across engineering and project teams without travel obligations.

Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a commissioning team of 16+ members on large-scale datacenter and semiconductor projects
• Coordinate with Engineering Manager and Project Director to align commissioning goals with project milestones
• Develop and implement commissioning plans using specialized Commissioning Management Software
• Ensure all commissioning activities comply with technical and safety standards
• Monitor progress and report performance metrics to senior management
• Resolve technical and operational issues within the commissioning team
• Foster collaboration between commissioning, engineering, and project management teams
