Job Overview

We’re seeking a Mold Inspection Consultant to serve the Los Angeles and surrounding areas. This full time role is perfect for someone who thrives on fieldwork, is self-motivated, customer-oriented, and has a strong desire to grow in the environmental consulting industry.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform professional mold and environmental inspections at residential and commercial properties
• Collect environmental samples following strict protocols and best practices
• Document findings clearly and thoroughly; write detailed inspection reports using our custom software
• Communicate clearly with clients to explain findings and next steps
• Collaborate with project managers and office staff to deliver a seamless client experience
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, referral partners, and vendors
• Stay current on industry practices, certifications, and new technologies
• Drive within the greater Portland area to client locations when needed
• Maintain the highest standards in ethical business practices and data integrity

Qualifications
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorships)
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean, reliable vehicle
• Willingness to travel regularly across Los Angeles and neighboring regions
• Experience in mold, environmental assessments, or a related field is a major plus, but not required
• General knowledge of building construction and materials preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time independently
• Tech-savvy; must be comfortable using various software platforms and tools
• High school diploma or equivalent required
