We are hiring for one of our clients seeking a Senior Structural Design Engineer to provide technical expertise, field support, and engineering solutions across construction and design projects.

This role bridges engineering and customer engagement, supporting design professionals, contractors, and internal sales teams with technical guidance and product application expertise.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical support to contractors, engineers, and design professionals
• Visit job sites to evaluate applications and resolve engineering challenges
• Review project specifications for compliance and technical accuracy
• Recommend structural solutions based on engineering judgment
• Conduct product performance assessments and field testing when required
• Support specification development for engineered solutions
• Collaborate with sales teams to support project execution
• Maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems
• Deliver technical presentations and training to stakeholders
• Support code compliance and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
• 2+ years of experience in engineering or construction field
• Understanding of construction methods and structural design principles
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in field and office environments

Preferred Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience in construction or structural consulting
• Knowledge of building codes and compliance standards
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with CRM or technical documentation tools

Compensation

$82,000 – $96,000 annually + performance bonus (up to ~$16,200)
• (depending on experience and qualifications)
