The position involves interpreting complex information and entering it into a relational database, requiring strong numeracy, concentration, and prior experience with structured data environments.

Knowledge of the disability or aged care sector is beneficial but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter, update, and maintain data within a relational database in line with established procedures.
Follow detailed workflows and quality‑assurance steps to ensure data integrity.
Interpret and validate information before entry, identifying inconsistencies or missing details.
Perform routine data checks, reconciliations, and corrections as required.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Meet productivity and accuracy targets while working efficiently under time constraints.
Communicate with team members to clarify data requirements or resolve discrepancies.
Contribute to continuous improvement of data processes and documentation.
Skills & Experience

Prior experience in data entry or data processing, ideally within a relational database environment.
Strong numeracy skills and the ability to interpret structured and semi‑structured information.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
Ability to follow complex, multi‑step processes consistently.
Strong concentration skills and the ability to work at speed without compromising accuracy.
Competence with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and general digital literacy.
Ability to work independently once trained, as well as collaboratively within a team.
Attributes

Methodical and process‑driven.
Reliable, organised, and able to manage workload effectively.
Comfortable asking questions and seeking clarification when needed.
Quick learner with the ability to retain and apply detailed procedural knowledge.
Excellent communication skills required
Work Environment

Initial training and onboarding will be conducted in the office.
Work‑from‑home arrangements may be offered once the employee demonstrates proficiency, accuracy, and reliability in the role.
Pay: $33.00 – $38.00 per hour
