OSP Inspector

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented OSP Construction Quality & Compliance Inspector to oversee construction quality, safety, and compliance for dark fiber network builds. This field-based role is critical in ensuring all work meets company, regulatory, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct site inspections, quality control (QC) checks, and final inspections
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with company and partner standards
• Enforce adherence to OSHA and jurisdictional requirements (e.g., local authorities, DOT standards)
• Review QC documentation and submissions
• Support outage response efforts and troubleshoot field issues
• Perform route verification to ensure accuracy and completeness of builds
• Work closely with vendors to ensure quality and compliance expectations are met

Qualifications
• Experience in OSP construction, fiber networks, or telecom field operations
• Strong knowledge of construction standards, safety practices, and compliance requirements
• Familiarity with DOT, municipal, and permitting processes preferred
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and network documentation
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel within the North Georgia region

Base Salary Range: $70,000- $90,000 depending on experience level

Location: North Metro Atlanta. In field and occasional office time.
