Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Enfocus Switch Automation Operator to join our team in Atlanta, GA. This role is responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing automated workflows to streamline prepress and production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of print production, file preparation, and workflow automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and maintain Enfocus Switch workflows to automate prepress and production tasks
• Monitor workflow performance and troubleshoot errors to ensure smooth production
• Integrate Switch with MIS, web-to-print platforms, and other third-party systems
• Collaborate with prepress, production, and IT teams to improve efficiency and reduce manual touchpoints
• Perform file checks, preflight, and corrections using Enfocus tools (PitStop, etc.)
• Document workflows and maintain clear process guidelines
• Continuously identify opportunities for automation and process improvement

Qualifications:
• Experience with Enfocus Switch required
• Familiarity with Enfocus PitStop and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
• Strong understanding of print production processes (offset, digital, large format)
• Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript, XML, or similar) preferred
• Experience with MIS or web-to-print systems is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
