Affiliate Manager (Outreach + Relationship Management)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a driven Affiliate Manager who can both find and recruit affiliates and manage relationships to maximize performance. This is not a passive role — we want someone who can actively grow our network and turn creators into high-performing partners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and reach out to potential affiliates (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates
• Negotiate deals and manage partnership terms
• Track affiliate performance and optimize campaigns
• Follow up consistently to increase conversions and content output
• Coordinate promotions, campaigns, and product launches
• Maintain organized tracking systems (Google Sheets, CRM, etc.)

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience with influencer outreach or affiliate marketing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Highly organized and consistent with follow-ups
• Self-motivated — able to work independently and hit targets
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube creators
• Bonus: Experience in e-commerce, fitness, or supplement brands

Compensation Structure:
• Base pay (depending on experience)
• Performance bonuses based on affiliate revenue generated
